1. General

By engaging Seebers Auto Electrical for services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Additional work outside the quoted scope may incur extra charges.
Prices are subject to change where unforeseen parts, labour or repairs are required.
Diagnostic fees may apply even if repairs are not completed.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings may require confirmation deposits.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to weather, supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Parts & Warranty

New parts supplied by us may include manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water ingress, neglect, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.
Customer-supplied parts are fitted at the owner’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Vehicle Condition

Customers acknowledge that:
Some faults may not be identifiable until diagnostic work has commenced.
Older vehicles or existing wiring issues may present unforeseen complications.
We are not liable for pre-existing faults or unrelated failures discovered during repairs.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.
Late payments may incur administration fees or debt recovery costs.
Ownership of supplied goods remains with [Your Business Name] until full payment is received.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected service or product.
Customers are responsible for removing valuables from vehicles prior to service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Website & Online Content

All website content, logos, branding, images and materials remain the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
